| The team won finished 2-1 in pool play. Defeating Brentwood Blast 7-1 and Benecia Rebels 7-2. Their only loss was to the Tracy Rebels 12-7.
In the semi final game they played a tough Antioch Senator team winning 7-5.
Antioch was a very talented team with great hitting.
In the finals they beat the Rhonert Park Wildcats 13-2 to capture the crown.
The Titans improved each game and played with much character and team spirit.
