Clinic FAQ
What is your refund policy?
Prior to the first day of camp, a refund will be issued. If your child is sick one of the sessions we can transfer the credit to a future camp.
What time can I check my child in for the camp?
Check in begins 15 minutes prior to the start of each camp.
Do you provide childcare after the camp session?
We do not provide aftercare once the session is complete. Please pickup your child promptly.
Is there a rain makeup date?
If one of the session days is rained out the makeup day will be on the Friday of that week for the Spring Clinic.
If there is a rain delay during the Summer Camp, the makeup day will be designated to the first day of the next Summer Camp of that year.
If there is a rain delay for the Fall League you will be contacted about a specific date for the makeup day.
If there is a rain delay for the Winter Camp you will be contacted about a dpecific date for the makeup day.
What should my child wear?
Baseball clothes are the preferred wardrobe for attendance, however, loose fitting clothes that provide protection against sliding is acceptable. Please label all articles of clothing.
What equipment should I bring?
Please bring your own, bat, glove, batting helmet. Please label ALL of your child’s equipment.
Is lunch provided?
Your child should bring a lunch and a water bottle for use during the clinic.
Is water provided?
Yes, water is provided.
